# Abril

Hoy queremos compartir con ustedes una experiencia profundamente significativa para nuestra comunidad: el apoyo recibido de la organización alemana *Kinderhoffnung*. Gracias a su generoso respaldo, hemos podido fortalecer la alimentación de nuestros niños y mejorar las condiciones para su desarrollo integral.

## **Menú mejorado gracias al apoyo recibido**

Gracias al valioso respaldo de la organización *Kinderhoffnung*, estas semanas hemos podido ofrecer a nuestros niños un **menú variado y nutritivo**. Mostramos un ejemplo de nuestro menú semanal, desde platos tradicionales como el arroz con pollo y el hígado frito, hasta opciones ricas en vegetales como el *hiro de zapallo* y el *saltado de acelga*. Además, se han incorporado **ensaladas de frutas frescas, jugos y bebidas saludables** como complemento diario.

Este tipo de alimentación no solo alegra a los niños, sino que también **contribuye directamente a combatir la anemia** y mejorar su desarrollo físico y cognitivo. Es una muestra concreta de cómo una buena nutrición, sumada al trabajo en equipo, transforma vidas.

### Estamos trabajando en la mejora de la entrada,  la cocina y el salón didáctico, con el objetivo de crear espacios más seguros, funcionales y acogedores para los niños. Todo apoyo es muy signigicativo para lograr una educación de calidad que tanta falta nos hace.

**El impacto del apoyo recibido ha sido muy positivo**

* Los niños están entusiasmados y felices de recibir una alimentación variada y nutritiva, que incluye ensaladas de frutas y verduras, jugos naturales y diversos guisos con carne, pollo y vegetales.
* El personal de salud realizó una evaluación inicial en la que se identificaron casos de anemia, lo que permitió orientar mejor las acciones nutricionales.
* A partir de esto, se inició un trabajo conjunto con el equipo de salud para diseñar platos más equilibrados que favorezcan el bienestar y el desarrollo integral de los menores.
* Las familias están altamente motivadas por este valioso apoyo. Desean que sus hijos accedan a mejores condiciones de educación y alimentación, y por ello están colaborando activamente para mejorar los espacios comunitarios.
* Como parte de esta iniciativa, se están impulsando mejoras en la cocina, la entrada y el ambiente didáctico del centro educativo.
